Susan was born and raised in Seattle and is a life-long Episcopalian. She grew up attending St. Dunstan’s in North Seattle through high school. After college, she joined Epiphany along with her parents and brother, and has been attending regularly since that time.
Over the years, Susan has been active in the life of the parish, especially through the Epiphany Altar Guild. She has served in many roles and is currently the Directress, helping to support the Guild’s work in preparing the church for services.
Outside of church, Susan has spent her career at Nordstrom, working in technology for 27 years, and is looking forward to retirement and the next chapter. When not working or attending church, her hobbies include tennis, watching the Mariners and Seahawks, and traveling. Susan and her husband of 29 years have made Seattle their home, raising their son Luke, now 25. Family, faith, and community remain central to her life.
