Lisa grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She received her law degree from OCU School of Law, her MBA from Yale University, DrPH from UNC Chapel Hill, and MDiv from Bexley Seabury. Lisa started her career as General Counsel for Gulfport Energy and Wexford Capital’s oil & gas portfolio companies. Following her time with Gulfport, Lisa served as a health care executive in various roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and President.
Lisa served Epiphany as a seminary intern before joining the church full-time as Associate Rector in May of 2023. She is in the ordination process in the Diocese of Olympia and hopes to be ordained to the transitional diaconate in December 2023 and the priesthood in June 2024.
Lisa is married to Myra, a pharmaceutical executive, and they have four children, Haley (2000), John Mark (2001), Heath (2005), and Francie (2006). Lisa has a passion for congregational vitality and the future of the Episcopal Church. She enjoys reading, writing, and drawing silly cartoons. She loves OU football and spending time on the water.
